For as long as I can remember, real estate has been part of my life. I’m a third-generation Realtor®, raised in a family where serving people, building relationships, and elevating communities has always been the standard. Today, with over 650 homes sold and more than $225 million in real estate volume, I carry that family legacy forward in a way that meets the modern client where they are — honest, transparent, informed, and ready to elevate their future.
My journey in real estate started long before I ever signed my first contract. I grew up watching my dad and grandfather pour into people, solve problems, and show up for families during some of the biggest decisions of their lives. That shaped me. And it’s the reason I’ve always believed real estate isn’t about houses — it’s about people, opportunity, and creating a better path forward.
Today, as the founder of Elevate with Elsner, now powered by Keller Williams Chesterfield, my mission is simple:

Since 2015, I’ve worked across every corner of the St. Louis market — from first-time buyers to luxury sellers, from investors to families navigating major life transitions. I’ve closed everything from $50,000 starter homes to $1 million+ dream homes, and no matter the price point, the focus is always the same:

I’ve built a reputation on being direct, committed, and relentlessly client-first. My clients know I pick up the phone, I tell the truth, and I fight for their best outcome every step of the way. Real estate moves fast — and I make sure my clients move smarter, not more stressed.

Alongside serving clients, I’m also the creator and host of the Elevate with Elsner podcast — a platform dedicated to real estate, leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. I bring on leaders from across St. Louis and beyond to share stories of impact, resilience, and elevation. It’s become a place where people come not just to learn about real estate, but to challenge their thinking, expand their vision, and grow.
Podcasting isn’t something I do for content. It’s something I do for connection — with people, with ideas, and with the community I serve.

Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who believes deeply in building a life filled with meaning. My wife Cassidy and our kids, Mac and Lottie, are my “why” — the reason I push to grow, create, improve, and elevate not just myself but everyone around me. We believe in showing our kids what’s possible, not just telling them.
I’m also heavily involved in community causes, youth sports outreach, local events, and organizations like Miracles N Progress, where I serve on the board helping kids and families facing serious challenges.
